Due to my bummed foot, I have been unable to attend any fashion events around town; but that shouldn't stop you from gifting others with your presence!! The first event is TONIGHT!!! Next event takes place next week (so you have time) to get tickets!! It is called Fashion for a Cause. What better than giving back during this time of love (duh, Valentines in case you forgot). This event takes place at the House of Blues, next Thursday Feb 16th from 6-9pm. It is a fashion show featuring designers such as Borris Powell (he is everywhere), Sheela Patel, and even the fab Taneasha Prunty of GIDI. Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door. It includes drinks and appetizers. It will make you feel all warm and cozy knowing that part of those proceeds (costs of the tickets) goes back to Maryville Academy Crisis Nursery & Children's Healthcare.
